Imagine Cruising were a growing business who needed to scale their operations to meet demand quickly and efficiently.  To achieve this, the business would need to modernize previously successful, but now out-of-date systems and processes to efficiently manage the high volumes of data and activity across multiple departments.

Challenge

The Product and Contracting process within Imagine Cruising relied on many data points being used and shared across multiple departments, functions and people. As the business began to scale and grow, it became apparent that the existing way of working could not be sustained, as they were unable to manage the sheer volume of data, resulting in errors, duplication and potential loss of revenue.
